Our Cleaning Process

1. • Complete pre-inspection of areas to be cleaned, with special attention to areas of customer concern.
   • Provide written statement of services; areas to be cleaned, and an exact price.
   • Install corner guards and floor protection where needed.
   • Through vacuuming of all areas being cleaned.
   • Apply pre-spray cleaning solution to all carpet areas being cleaned.
   • Pre-scrub or agitate pre-spray to suspend and loosen soil.
   • Steam extract/rinse carpet to remove soil and cleaning solution.
   • Create additional air flow (fans/air movers) to accelerate drying.
   • Groom carpet fibers for appearance and to expedite drying.
   • Post cleaning inspection and customer walk through.

   We offer additional services such as; pet problem treatments, spot or stain removal, and carpet protector application. These services are priced separately.
